My name is Michele and I am originally from South Africa but grew up in Sydney Australia. I love everything to do with health, fitness & well being. I am a former professional dancer who has been dancing for 20 years doing ballet, hip hop, jazz and many more styles.
I fell in love with weight training and boxing 14 years ago.
It is now my passion to educate women & men on how to workout, eat healthily, get in shape and maintain it for life.
I have tried and tested many popular training methods and experimented with all types of food and after years of experience, I know what works and what doesn’t.
My training is based on a combination of strength & muscle building. My methods are simple and effective and over the years I have achieved amazing strength and aesthetic results for myself and many other clients.
I have created this brand which isn’t just about training. I love lifting weights, it’s what I do best, and I want to teach women + men how to lift as safely and efficiently as possible so they can achieve their goals. However, training isn’t the only part of the picture that needs attention, nutrition and mindset are just as important to achieving and maintaining results and I really enjoy and love helping people improve every aspect.
I am inspired everyday by the women & men that I have the opportunity to coach and I couldn’t imagine doing anything other than what I am doing.
I love inspiring and motivating women & men to be as happy, healthy, fit, strong and confident as much as possible and I know how to make them look and feel amazing from the inside out and sustain this for life.
